機械式器材的鋼索維持適當的張力還是很重要
我這是綜合機連接 leg press 踏板的鋼索 有段時間一直軟軟的下垂
但其實踏板燒微動一下他就硬了
因為要調整還要拆不少零件有點麻煩 所以一直懶得去動
前幾天把張力調到適當狀態
才發現 靠腰 好像還是有差
應該是因為鋼索張力不對會影響到行程 所以調整後18片的體感強度
大約是調整前的20片
