小弟因爲住學校宿舍,無法準備些地瓜或者饅頭類保存,而學校的學餐也只有白飯,沒有
五穀飯,肉類則是買水煮鮪魚罐頭來代替,準備了大量的麥片來當點心跟宵夜,後來想說
如果澱粉拿來當主食好像方便很多,請問這是可行的嗎?
