本身到冬天會有鼻塞的問題, 我發現要緩解還是要有氧、間歇式
的運動效果遠勝於重量訓練。
入冬後幾乎以重訓居多,這禮拜開始重新打籃球,全場跑籃、切入,
心肺有鍛鍊到。 我發現過敏鼻塞緩解很多。之前只重訓的時候,
鼻塞有時就很嚴重。
當然重訓有其他好處,只是一個心得分享。
