身材尺吋 (照片在最下面)
減肥前 : 胸圍45 腰圍44 臀部46 右大腿30 左大腿30.5 右小腿22 左小腿21.5
減肥後 : 胸圍36 腰圍29 臀部36 右大腿20 左大腿20 右小腿15 左小腿15
減肥時間 7個月 (2010年7月 --> 2011年1月)
飲食:
每日攝取1600~1800卡左右,以小麥、全殼為主食,
以下大概是我每日吃的東西,偶爾家裏煮大餐也會另外吃,總之以熱量計算為主
綜合維他命B群錠 一顆
《馬玉山》山藥五穀粥
《馬玉山》高纖蔬菜胚芽
水煮雞蛋 X2
自制全麥三明治 X2 (2大片土司 + 泡菜 + 水煮鮪魚 + 薑絲 + 大量蕃茄醬)
77努加巧克力 2條
100%蔬果汁 300CC
全殼米 1大碗
各類青菜 (偶爾會吃 水煮雞肉、魚肉)
ZERO可樂 (超想喝飲料時候)
其他 偶爾會喝喝咖啡,油炸物(肯德基) 有過吃幾次~
還有,還是會嘴饞吃一些零食之類的@@
白米飯非常少吃,都以小麥、全殼米取代
PS:夏天時候,還每天吃冰淇淋@@ (實在太熱了~~)
運動:
早上 起床
敲大腿 膽經 (風穴) 100次 +作 腰部體操 (腳半蹲) 腰部畫圓圈 120次 /左右搖擺屁股
100次
吃飽後 休息30分
先重訓 20KG啞鈴 約20~30分鐘 (練 三頭肌/二頭肌/肩膀/胸肌)
接著 敲大腿 膽經 (風穴) 100次 +作 腰部體操 (腳半蹲) 腰部畫圓圈 120次 /左右搖擺
屁股 100次
然後騎 X-bike 19807 1.5小時 (時速3X / 公里數 47~50公里)
晚上
先作腹部運動 (看影片 http://ppt.cc/MWWe )
接著 敲大腿 膽經 (風穴) 100次 +作 腰部體操 (腳半蹲) 腰部畫圓圈 120次 /左右搖擺
屁股 100次
然後騎 X-bike 19807 1.5小時 (時速3X / 公里數 47~50公里)
PS:以上運動是每日都一定要做,我幾乎每天都作到,除了工作太忙,可能就會少作些
故事:
從小 就一直是胖的,國小5年級就80KG...,自此後 沒低過80....
後來出社會後,更是邁向90~100以上,有2~3次100以上,也減肥過到85就又停止
當然,用的方法 都是不吃 (最高紀錄5天沒吃東西~),所以最終當然失敗
後來,就一直當個快樂的胖子,然後迎接人生第33個年頭...
突然有個想法,我不能在這樣下去了!!
人生 好歹要瘦過一次,要當瘦子,要帥過一次!!
我想穿好看的衣服呀!!
這就是我這次減肥的動力與理由了,我也沒想到這次可以堅持這麼久
尤其是這樣天天運動操自己....
開始的第一個月,其實運動量沒這麼大,大概一天才1小時
然後就覺得好累....到了第2個月運動量開始增加,但是開始了 老毛病..."厭倦感+想放
棄"
但是,我還是繼續撐下去了,看著體重慢慢下降還是很有成就感的
第三個月開始,大概運動量就至少每日3小時以上了
當然 我也是會卡關,大概每4~5公斤會卡一次,每次卡約4~7天左右 (最後的70+階段,卡
最久有10天)
沒想到 最後終於在第7個月可以達到我目標
其實我是想再繼續瘦下去,不過家人一直反對,我臉整個凹陷....= =!!
現在,就是繼續保持運動(也已經習慣運動了),然後想改以重訓為主
讓 腰部 胸部 更結實,維持好身材!!
這也不算啥故事拉,就只能是說 單純的小小心得
希望能讓有想減肥的網友們,看到此篇可以更有動力~
