最近因為身體出現狀況,特別注意姿勢及核心用力,
檢視了自己幾個常做的動作,如胸推、滑輪下拉,
發現只要是8~10RM以上的重量,
姿勢常常跑掉,
例如臥推時要肩胛後收、繃緊核心,除非重量降到12rm,才有辦法達成
