我覺得我的身體狀況怎麼跟別人不一樣XD
之前一個禮拜跑4天的時候(大概3個月)
一週才減1KG
結果最近這週因為腳筋推拿休息
都沒跑 居然瘦了3KG@@"
不過感覺好好>/////////<
推拿師建議的晚餐不碰澱粉挺有用的喔
