中年人的體脂肪 - 健身

家裡的爸爸前一陣子去做了身體檢查
醫生說爸爸的體脂肪過高的傾向
昨天幫他量了一下體脂肪,160公分 57公斤 體脂肪26%
不過爸爸是47.46年次的(屬狗)
爸爸平常的有氧習慣是:早上騎腳踏車(一周大概三次)
一次約一個多小時,騎的是高雄的腳踏車步道,從夢時代騎到中山大學
(有時候跟媽媽從夢時代騎到壽山)
一個月大概會有一次騎長途的,從高雄騎到東港之類的
(速度大概是40-60 小時/公里)
想請問一下,這樣爸爸的有氧頻率是足夠的嗎?
吃的方面都很正常,而且很養生,(如果需要的話,我再打菜單出來)
想請問的是爸爸如果要降體脂肪有可能嗎?
還是他們這個年紀這樣已經很ok了?
昨天爸爸拉著自己肚子上的肉跟我說,我好胖...
到了這個年紀我有騎車騎那麼拼命就好了
(話說運動真的有差,有運動的爸爸跟同年紀同事比起來足足小了10歲!!!!)
