減肥外加雕塑下半身? - 健身

先說喔!! 我真的有好好看置底文...

我知道"有氧瘦全身,瘦哪裡看基因。"
如果像我這種超大號的身材,需要全身減肥,
但尤其下半身又很腫,想要更多雕塑於屁股大腿。
我平常一個禮拜2天重訓、4天快走或慢跑,
如果某天的有氧改成騎腳踏車(健身房那種)不錯吧? 應該有效?
還是說其實沒差,繼續快走或慢跑就可以了呢?
