體脂降不了是吃太少還是吃太油? - 健身

借原標題順便討論一下, 我記得前面有看過某篇文章研究報告說不管吃什麼
東西, 重點是人體消化吸收後沒有消耗掉所剩餘的熱量才會轉換成脂肪儲存
起來, 並不是說吃高油脂的食物, 身體就會直接將食物含的脂肪變成身體脂
肪的一部分, 如果這個說法是正確的, 為什麼有人會一直建議要吃的少油才
會容易消體脂? 假設運動量大於攝取的熱量, 那麼就算某人習慣吃的很油應
該也是可以才對?
