我想問借此一下
若是大腿側面約是屁股肉同高度的位置痛
(跑步來的)
是哪個部位受傷呢?
已經幾天了 是不是不該冰敷而要熱敷? (因為已經非急性?)
伸展運動有哪個動作該做的?
