之前體重77,後來去台南讀書胖到84,
後來靠著
早餐 漢堡+奶茶
晚餐 水餃或蛋餅或生吃高麗菜
加上每天操場4圈(400),
好不容易回來78(有穿衣褲)
畢業後考研究所,吃到86(有穿衣褲)...
考完也就是最近,
已經有開始減肥兩個月了,
想說原本有經驗,應該可以很快進入狀況,
可是感覺不到成效,
目前82.2(裸)
早餐 漢堡+奶茶
中餐 麵包
晚餐 一個便當
加上晚上跑10圈操場,
~"~..... 不知道問題出在哪,
囧...
順便徵一下跑步好了XDD 我在師大
