早餐:香蕉*1+200Cc牛奶+水煮蛋*1+小番茄5~10顆
中餐:公司供餐 不太清楚怎麼算熱量 但比例為 糙米飯1/3個手掌 肉儘量一個手掌 菜
一個拳頭大
下午點心(約4~8點):一杯統一無糖豆漿 (我真的不知道還要吃啥,每次豆漿喝完都
超想放屁..)
運動前會啃一顆小蘋果
等乳清到了我想把蘋果移到點心時間吃
然後運動前就喝乳清
因為上班的關係所以晚餐到了運動完才會吃 約11點
晚餐:一個差不多這樣的水煮/水炒便當 (有時候會青菜比較多)飯會吃1/3 每天雞肉
魚輪流換

作息時間:
12:30~1:30睡覺 睡眠時間約8小時多
運動:
一到五:重訓1小時每組做到力竭 (每天練不一樣的地方輪流)結束後會跑跑步機15分鐘
(速度8)
六:重訓40分鐘+壺鈴50分(上課)
日:跳舞課(雖然會累但相對沒平日重訓累)
以目前的狀況 我有什麼地方需要改進嗎?
最擔心的是飲食部分 不知道這樣是不是正確的 現在每天都在想要怎麼更好的改變飲食
