想問一下我這樣的操作方式可以嗎
晚上12點到隔天早上8點睡覺不吃
早上起來喝乳清
中午都自己煮兩片雞胸
還有一些飯跟菜
晚餐有時候吃麥當勞或是其他外食
睡前會再喝一杯乳清
訓練的話就腿胸背輪著練
三項總合410
