小弟我從去年4月就一直斷斷續續有再練
直到九月新生體檢
檢查出來自己的體脂肪是20%
看到這個數字
我決定拼個決心好好練個線條
好讓隔年夏天能夠迷死眾女
11/5日是我第二次量測已經降到了19.4%
12/5日第三次量測 19.1%
12/27第三次 19.6% 是的不降反升
小弟我一周跑步三次 每周固定跑17KM(一周增加500M)
腹肌是跟著APP"每日鍛鍊免費版練"
現在的確是有線條! 但到迷倒眾生 還差9萬五千八百里
吃很固定
早餐 總匯三明治 + 中熱美式咖啡不加糖奶
中餐 菜便當(真的只有菜) +茶葉蛋 or 雞肉便當(不加滷汁)
晚餐 燙青菜+饅頭蛋+菜包
每天都這樣吃
中間餓就吃小餅乾
總之保持不餓
誰能救救我嗎
我真的很想在半年內在海灘聽到尖叫!謝謝
