轉眼間減肥已經過了一年....最近這三個月數據上表現是減脂增肌
然而體重一直無法降到55-60左右,腰臀圍比還上升了
看著自己的大肚子,著實感到灰心+不知所措
懇請版娘或其他好心的朋友幫我看看,應該怎麼改進?
2012年1月~4月的飲食內容大致如下:
早餐:早餐店燻雞碎肉2份+荷包蛋1顆、馬可先生麵包3-4片、清漿500cc
或者
燻雞1份+蛋+貝果、清漿500cc
(上述內容均無油無沙拉醬)
早點:水果一份
或
愛之味燕麥飲一瓶
或
馬可麵包2-3片
或
全家烤番薯(20-30元不等)1條
午餐:自助餐
內容為1主菜(魚肉或雞肉)+三副菜+1碗糙米飯或紫米飯
午點:同早點
晚餐:馬可先生麵包3-4片、摩斯雞肉總匯沙拉2盒(沙拉球及水煮蛋蛋黃不吃)
或
SUBWAY6吋潛艇堡
或
全家烤番薯2條
或
山東大槓子頭1-2片(一片大概400g...囧)
晚點:水果一份
或者
馬可麵包2-3片
水分:每天約1500
日常作息時間:6時50分起床
12點-2點就寢

一、完全是失控的三個月,年假+春酒+聚餐+婚宴一直來
想推掉都不行,飲食內容幾乎被打亂
二、常常因為下班很累或下雨,導致有氧次數不足、強度也不夠...
三、因為飲食內容失控,加上一直瘦不下來,心情一直不是很好
另外我有攝取過多澱粉的問題
仔細看我飲食內容,會發現我澱粉吃超多!可是我不吃會一直很餓QQ
大概每2個小時就會餓一次
可以請大家推薦餐間有飽足感的東西嗎?
我可以連吃三條大地瓜都還覺得很餓耶>"<
四、重訓部分受到工作影響,頻率降為每周一次,非常荒廢
內容一樣是上半身下半身核心全做,做大重量,每組12下,一台機器3-4組
(上肢、核心、下肢分別選2-3台機器做)
五、照鏡子依舊覺得體態沒啥變,身邊朋友是說看起來都差不多
穿褲子大腿跟腰部變緊了,非常懷疑是復胖,唉

去年12月曾掉到63,現在又回到65了....開始回升了
想想停滯期也過半年了,有人比我還久的嗎?
老實說看到數據我一點都不開心
看很多男生都能夠靠著重訓+飲食,降到理想的體脂率/體重
唯獨我一直卡住,唉
當初減肥時設定目標,希望可以先降到60、體脂肪率降到21-22%,
怎麼這麼難達到....
教練也說我體重應該可以再降才對
我是否該去看營養科呢?
