董氏基金會調查
1杯700cc奶茶加糖加粉粿或珍珠,等於4碗飯。
連感覺很健康的果茶,多半添加香料果露而非果汁
喝多了不但影響身材,還會對糖上癮。
董氏今天公布市售包裝飲料411品項和12家手搖飲料連鎖店的營養成分調查
基金會營養組主任許惠玉指出
抽檢的飲料平均含糖10%到16%
最誇張的某款茶飲含糖量最高者達20%
1杯700cc竟有140公克糖,相當於28顆方糖。
許惠玉指出
以每天所需熱量1800大卡計算
衛生署的精緻糖建議攝取量上限45公克
這次調查的茶飲熱量超過1000大卡
熱量除了來自超高含糖量之外,還有茶飲中的奶精、粉粿、粉圓。
許惠玉表示
愈是風味清爽的茶飲
例如無糖或減糖的紅茶、綠茶,或是未加奶精和粉粿的飲料
例如洛神花茶、酸梅湯,所含的熱量愈低
平均每杯約含300到400大卡熱量
飲料中添加愈多的糖、全脂奶、奶精、澱粉製品
熱量愈高。
另外,這次調查也顯示,感覺很健康的手搖調味果茶
常常加的不是天然果汁,而是混合糖漿、香料、色素的濃糖果露。

根據衛生署2005年到2008年的國民營養調查
國人飲料攝取頻次比10年前成長2倍,兒童青少年大約平均每2天喝1次飲料。
她指出,糖分攝取高量會產生上癮現象
增加罹患新陳代謝症候群、胰臟癌的機率
並影響兒童的生長發育,導致體位兩極化現象
不是攝取熱量太多而過胖,就是偏食而吃不下正餐。
