扁平族進行慢跑的時候 - 健身

體重上升的實在太快,所以開始進行些運動
今天到外面去試了慢跑,發現一個蠻大的問題
就是我跑的時候人不太會累,但是腳底會異常的痛
這時候才想到說當兵體檢的時候有說我有扁平足,回來查了下似乎也是這狀況
請問有沒有人同樣是扁平足有用什麼鞋墊或是什麼方法來減輕這問題?
