1週5練_推拉腿 課表請益 - 健身

各位巨巨晚安
小弟目前健齡約半年,想調整一下訓練課表,
年紀較長(40),四肢偏瘦
看網路上建議一個肌肉部位1週練2次效果較好
也因為還是新手,想說先做多關節動作就好。
三天一個循環,休,再2天一個循環,休。目前自己規劃課表如下
每切換一個動作,則暖身組(1組) + 正式組每個動作4組,儘可能做到10~12下,
組間休息1分鐘
整個重訓時間儘可能控制在70分鐘
