近期疫情的關係,打亂了每天重訓的生活。多出來的時間決定記錄自己的努力。也想說在
板上潛水好久了lol
還記得2018年年底在加拿大每天一杯tim horton回來後增到了63……之後有氧一段時間才
敢去量inbody, 出現57.8, 好像在罵自己的數字。以及體脂肪33…考上研究所後下定決心
找動力減肥。畢竟意識到體力越來越差了lol 今年四月瓶頸卡關, 我找了教練, 很開心量
到15%, 上課後最近量到13% (揉眼睛看了兩次)
我覺得減重的第一步是能站在鏡子前面。有兩個意義:正視及接納外表是這樣的自己,不
能逃避。第二,明白雖然有所不滿,但還是可以發現自身滿意的部分。這份自我關愛,有
點像是關懷小孩:不因現在沒有達到目標放棄,也不會責備。而是對小孩有信心。在這兩
個意義的基礎之下,發展出第三點:自我批評。認知到理想的體態跟現況是有落差的
,進而要用正確、科學、健康的方法去實現理想。這個心態及態度是好的基礎~因為過度
不滿會引起焦慮的情緒,沒辦法讓我們好好做出改變,也沒有足夠的心理準備度,導致自
亂腳步、自我焦慮、自我責備。(以前已經溜溜球效應好多次的心得感想)
年初來我一直是把自己當作是備賽的狀態,為了找動力也去報學校減重比賽或其他的比賽
。可是,近期防疫期間,打亂了日常健身、飲食嚴格的行程。這份不確定性及生活的改變
讓我蠻焦慮的,所以就靠吃零食宣洩壓力,都懷疑疫情結束後可以轉換跑道報名相撲比賽
了……
大概是這週開始,我接受人生也可以是處在沒有備賽的狀態。其實人的身體不擅長慢性的
壓力,比較擅長處理急性的壓力。因為我們能夠本能地處理急性壓力。可是慢性壓力不是
。慢性壓力是身體一直處在備賽的狀態所累積,導致一次爆發的焦慮感。於是我轉換心態
,轉換成沒有處在備賽的狀態,並發現專注在讓身心處在健康的狀態,也是可以不斷成長
的,並不會牴觸比賽這件事情。這些飲食、生活、作息、心態,雖然短期之內,結果論是
沒有備賽的完美。但其實「完美」是犧牲身體的資源跟能量去達成的,而這些能量是平常
累積的。現在的狀態可以是累積資源,也就是養精蓄銳。等疫情趨緩後再拿休息時補充的
資源去消耗,幫助我們撐到完美的狀態。所以這段時間決定對自己好一點,沒那麼過度的
嚴苛對待自己~

打了好多近期的心得,我只想說:原本想抱怨學校健身房都沒有傳說中的健身房聖光,現
在卻好想用學校健身房的史密斯機做臀推
啊~~只好先閉關寫寫論文了(淚, 還寫不出來)
