2015中正盃健美比賽心得 (下) - 健身

首先我參考上面網址提到備賽該做的七項去實行,
比賽前一兩個禮拜大量攝取鈉含量高的食物,
每天都要3000~4000毫克左右,
不夠的話只好食物多加鹽巴了,
攝取鈉主要是留住水分,
身體會調節慢慢排水,
等到鈉含量攝取夠了就不太會變動了,
然後再透過大量灌水把鹽帶走,
皮膚會變得更薄,
水分也不會滯留在皮下,
血管爆筋也稍微明顯一點。

下面是我賽前喝水跟脫水的控制:
7/27體重 63.8 喝水7000cc
7/28體重 63.5 喝水7000cc
7/29體重 62.6 喝水2500cc
7/30體重 61.8 喝水2000cc
7/31體重 60.9 喝水1000cc
8/01體重 59.8 0喝水
8/02體重 58.6 比賽過磅
體重61.8kg那天皮脂夾夾了5.5%左右

然後這是大概賽前一天的狀態

比賽賽前一個禮拜其實就不要訓練了(誠摯的建議)
除非你體重真的非常緊繃很難降下來,
不然練指定動作就夠你受了,
會抽筋來又抽筋去的很煩人,
一下屁股抽筋、手指抽筋的無敵虛弱,
過度訓練也會造成DOMS(遲發性痠痛)以及線條可能會糊掉,
然後幾米指導我動作時還是很難意會所謂的
「挺胸挺多一點、正面背擴展示斜方肌要看不見...等」
於是透過幾米的引薦去了極進化讓前輩抽空指導動作,
真的是獲益良多呀,被電的慘兮兮XDDDD,
動作擺的好,讓你小肌肌也能變成大肌肌XD,
腳要怎麼站、膝蓋怎麼推,正面闊背展示肩胛怎麼夾、手的位置要插多高,
側面胸大肌展示如何讓空隙塞滿,
太多眉角了,
真的要練到閉著眼睛擺動作後看鏡子就是自己想要的姿勢,
動作展示真的很不簡單!
真的很感謝超級無敵巨巨前輩們的幫助!

但是比賽當天我脫水還是脫過頭了,

肝醣超補也應該要再更早一天補,
比60-量級過磅58.6kg 腹肌整個凹下去 =_=,
只好狂嗑吐司8片加上果醬、花生醬把腹肌往外撐起來,
還有,記得吃電解質片藥局有賣唷!
不然暖身會很痛苦...

但是呢~我吃了兩粒上台還是大腿抽筋了(WTF~~~~~~~~~~~~),
只好忍著痛擺完了動作,
幸運的拿到了亞軍!
(內心小劇場:其實我覺得動作擺起來比其他人好呀~阿阿阿阿阿!!)

腿部線條還需要努力,
可惡,要改一下訓練課表了XD,
只好再加油了!
這是第一次這麼認真的備賽,
其實以前比過中正盃 65- ,
不過體重脫過頭脫到61整個被電,
然後我想說的是,
比賽完隔天我的狀態才是最好的時候XD,

肝醣超補真的太晚了,
肌肉隔天還逐漸變大是怎樣?!
不管如何,只有認真比過一次賽,才懂得比賽選手的辛苦,
所以,
如果你想激(ㄒㄧㄢˋ)勵(ㄏㄞˋ)人,
請跟他說,
「來,我們參加XX盃健美比賽吧!」 (大誤XDDD)

碳水補得太慢太少,
脫水脫的過多,脫到腹肌都扁榻了,
