關於新竹健身教練 - 健身

小弟是個29歲176肥宅 先前胖到86
在連續三個月的跑步後 目前來到81
目前有個問題 目前下肢瘦地滿快的
但身體肚子還是圓滾滾的阿
因此我想讓身體練得更有效率一點
所以想找 新竹的1對1健身教練
因為平常時間上比較不固定 目前規劃是這樣
一星期一次一小時課程 持續三個月
每星期固定器材教學跟動作調整
Review我每天的菜單跟運動量
平常日我會自己去訓練 不是在清大就是在新開的新科
想問問版友 這樣的想法正不正確 另外 有沒有推薦的教練
