我想大家應該都有聽過 『練胸不練背,圓肩找上你』
因為我腿的訓練菜單單純只有深蹲跟硬舉,
想請問大家如果沒訓練小腿的話,
會不會因為腿上下力量不同,
而導致膝蓋容易受傷呢?
