剛才看到rex巨的比賽心得,裡面提到碳水循環飲食法,有點想嘗試看看。
我體重75kg=165磅
低碳日飲食
1.碳水 165x0.25=41.25g 靠蔬菜和水果
2.蛋白質 165x1.5=247.5g 如果吃雞胸肉搭乳清(50g蛋白),雞肉要吃到約1kg?
3.脂肪 165x0.35=57.75g 喝橄欖油57.75g?
這樣吃ok嗎?
