運動習慣:初期慢跑兩週
心跳沒有確實數字,以之前健身房踩飛輪的經驗,有達到120以上,每次20-30分鐘
目前早上起床出外散步一小時
我的問題:
主要是想問以我自己的觀念不曉得有沒有錯誤
尋找各種意見,大致時間表如下
9/28開始做斷食,體重88公斤
10/17第一次量inbody,體重82.5公斤
10/24這週吃較無控制,以為控制熱量就好所以吃麥當勞跟其他漢堡,體重無變化
10/25開始只吃雞胸肉與蔬菜
11/4 自量體重約為79.9(只扣鞋未扣衣褲襪)
928-1017這段時間大致上是20:4斷食
搭配早晨4-5點的慢跑
1017開始因為生活型態改變,變為晚上22點下班後進食,接著睡覺
目前預定週六再量inbody觀察這三週來飲食作息是否影響身體太多
目前這樣的體重變化是否太過頭
體態上似乎是有瘦一點
衣褲明顯 以前覺得緊身的現在穿上後能夠活動
只是想安定一下自己不安的情緒
畢竟很多人說這樣會吃壞身體haha
目前的計畫是到年底前皆維持現在的23/1斷食
明年開始看體重調整為168或186
飲食依然會控制,再看看有沒有時間搭配重訓增強體態
