早餐:通常沒吃 或喝一份Mars乳清蛋白
午餐:家裡吃 營養算均衡
晚餐:公司便當
有時候比較油膩的菜色會pass
其他:晚上下班大概十點會吃一點消夜
有時是麵包 乳清蛋白
有時嘴饞會吃點炸物(家裡用氣炸鍋)
日常作息時間:上班時間長時間坐著
每日工時約8小時 一週六天
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:
前陣子剛體檢過 除了體脂偏高 其他沒有異常
運動習慣:
出社會六年 近兩年開始重拾運動習慣
目前一週會運動四次 開始去健身房大約一年
一週去三到四次 一次大約一個半到兩個小時
週二 重訓練胸肩三頭深蹲 有氧30分鐘
週三 重訓練背二頭硬舉 有氧40分鐘
週五 同週二 有氧30分鐘
週日 同週三 有氧40分鐘
重訓時間大約一小時多
每次七個動作 皆12下 四組
有氧是指跑步機 達心率150以上
間歇速度 沒有坡度
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
目前維持這樣的運動大概一年
前半年效果不錯 體脂從本來27降到24
體重從72降到68
可是近半年效果停滯不前
想請問調整方向 謝謝
