350卡健康餐 北醫公開食譜

"一般人肥胖成因,不外是運動量不足及飲食不正常、不正確,
台北醫學大學附設醫院設計一餐350卡的「健康350減重餐」,
相當市售便當的一半,估計二週輕鬆減掉1公斤,若再配合適度運動效果會更顯著,
由於餐只提供給員工,不對外販售,食譜將貼在醫院網站提供民眾在家DIY。
北醫附設醫院營養室主任蘇秀悅指出,一個成年人一天所需熱量為每公斤30大卡,
以65公斤重的男性為例,一天約需1,950大卡,而市售便當熱量約850大卡,
就幾乎佔了一天所需熱量的一半,若再加上喝飲料、零食等,以及缺乏運動,長久下來不胖也難。
過重及肥胖雖不似一般急重症有立即的病徵,
卻是高血壓、心血管疾病的高風險因子,也是影響健康的隱形殺手。
我上北醫網站找了一下,不確定是不是!
