早餐 10:00: 無糖綠茶+熱狗蛋+起司燒餅+香蕉*1+蕃茄*1
中餐 13:30: 蔬菜輕果春捲 <一堆生菜+水果+一點點美乃滋> + 蕃茄*1
晚餐 18:00: 炒米粉 <大> + 無糖豆漿
水:1500 c.c
估計總熱量:1400卡
中餐吃完走了1個小時的路
吃完晚餐好像不太夠,所以跑去買無糖豆漿灌飽
可是... 還是好想吃東
從減肥到現在 今天算吃比較多一點
這是所謂月經前的暴走?
