這一次真的慢慢開始認真訓練
算卡路里也四年了
參加了美國當地的一場national qualifier 的比賽
算是給自己檢驗自己的成果
從7x 增肌減脂跑了3次慢慢增到了 100再減到82(脱完水) 參加比賽
過程不能說很輕鬆 可是只有讓我更加的佩服真正的健美運動選手。
也讓我看到許多健美運動不是只有吃睡練的改變
還有更多是整個生活模式跟犧牲
