45度羅馬椅主要訓練肌群 - 健身

各位巨巨好
因為目前的健身房沒有股二頭curl 的機器
再加上對硬舉沒有把握
選擇使用45度羅馬椅進行股二頭的訓練
穩定核心,下背不彎曲
身體下降到平行地面後
利用臀大肌和股二頭肌將身體拉起
訓練五週了,運動當下臀大肌會感覺到力竭
運動隔天下背會稍微酸
股二頭肌卻完全沒感覺(和之前使用機器練的感受度差好多)
請問45度羅馬椅主要是訓練臀大肌嗎?
