測量時間皆為剛起床上完廁所
平常都有平均至少90分鐘的運動
但這四天因為假日及辦活動的關係
停止了運動
短短四天,體重雖然掉了,
但體脂卻狂升!
這四天的活動與飲食分別為
DAY1暴雨在家小運動 早:漢堡蛋豆漿 午:水果 晚:牛排
DAY2爬山、逛街 早:漢堡蛋豆漿 午:炒飯 晚:火龍果*4
DAY3活動辦理、講課 早:鮪魚漢堡豆漿 午:便當 晚:便當 宵:豆花
DAY4活動辦理、講課 早:香雞吐司紅茶 午:香雞吐司 晚:牛肉便當
辛苦重訓+有氧三個多月無間斷才肌肉稍增體脂稍降
短短4天就全爆了
還以為只是一時間的測量誤差,
但隔天量還是一樣
自認這四天生活雖然不太規律
吃飯都不太準時也不算均衡
睡覺都1點睡有一天到3點才睡
後面兩天更是操到非常的累
是說要減肥減脂
規律的生活一天一刻都完全不能停止
否則會馬上前功盡棄
甚至比之前更糟?
