今天是增肌計畫第50天
比起第一天
體重增加9.1公斤
骨骼肌增加4.8公斤
下面分別是今天及
9/24 9/19 9/13 9/8 8/14inbody數據

這50天至少有40天秉持著
1.睡飽至少7個半小時
2.一天訓練兩次分別1.5小時
3.身體所需TDEE 蛋白質 脂肪 碳水一定夠
怕少算所以盡量至少吃超過10%以上
這樣的訓練量跟休息量其實每天就是
工作 吃 訓練 睡覺
這四件事情上面不斷循環
然後跟女朋友分隔兩地
所以平均兩周陪女友一個週末就讓身體休息
昨天被通知要出差10天
訓練勢必受影響 甚至不確定是否有健身房
因此增肌計畫暫停十天
另外回覆上篇文版友的問題
1.體脂肪一直在16-17遊走
線條還不是很明顯 幾乎只是身體等比例放大
加上我手拿相機的關係 沒有同規的比例尺可以參考
等3個月滿再po對照圖
2.我是自然健身沒打藥
雖然我藥頭來源都找好了
但猶豫的點是副作用會禿頭
所以才想給自己身體一個機會
開始這一次的增肌計畫
3.等到3個月滿我會試試用影片呈現這90天的
飲食 訓練 還有休息方式
可以給目標肌肥大的朋友們
