體重101體脂肪26怎麼減這麼慢? - 健身

我本來是身高174體重75 後來自暴自棄變成105
我從7.8.9月 就一直很努力在減脂增肌 還在健身房認識很多好朋友
可是已經快100天了 我真的可以拉超重 深蹲也可以蹲到100公斤了
上體脂計只有101公斤 體脂26 這太讓我沮喪了....3個月才瘦4公斤 體脂才掉2
早餐
我是吞1個MACA 1個非洲次李 1個大豆卵磷脂
1個鋅錠 1匙肌酸 1匙牛磺酸 1個兒茶多酚
然後1.5大匙乳清 2大匙麥片 1匙黑芝麻 1大杯自製優格
我算過 早餐熱量應該沒有600卡
中餐 吃素食餐廳 吃到100元 我都裝到整個盤子滿出來 然後一大碗白飯
然後下午4點就開始餓了....餓到發昏發暈 真的沒豪洨
一直忍....忍到6點才去吃飯
晚餐就吃精緻的 吃牛肉麵 吃便當
然後8-9點我就跑去健身房了......狂操猛操.....再吞1.5大匙的乳清
結果11點肚子就超餓 餓到真的受不了
馬上泡一碗一度贊....這個一碗有600卡 真的很難受....戒不掉消夜....唉....
請問我該怎麼辦? 是不是要用激烈一點的方式節食 跟他拚生酮還是斷食之類的?
請指教~
