魯魯知道每天攝取熱量跟運動有控制的話,
吃雞排也不會胖,
INPUT<OUTPUT的原理懂,
但這篇想討論的是,
50嵐的飲料可以加料燕麥,
而最近本肥迷上了燕麥紅茶無糖微冰...
有問過店員說燕麥是澳洲進口的生燕麥直接蒸熟,
有加糖避免壞掉,
雖然飲料點無糖但喝起來其實微甜,
想問一下,如果太常喝這個的話會不會變胖或對身體不好啊...?
燕麥含有豐富膳食纖維、維生素B群與維生素E,
能夠降低膽固醇,減低心血管疾病機率,增加腸胃益菌。
熱量大概跟地瓜差不多100g140大卡左右...
那個真的很好喝欸QQ
總覺得比加料珍珠或是波霸好多了@@
不知道有沒有專業的看法?
