以下是我母親的健身心得分享




從2016.10.25開始到健身房重訓到現在有19個月



踏入健身房真的是自己活到53歲的第一次

自己完全沒料到有一天會去健身房運動

因爲體檢的數據,骨鬆,肌力不足,退化性關節炎等太多問題,連醫生都說如果我再不去
運動,老了問題會更多!讓我思考該是靠自己運動來改善身體健康了,剛好兒子告知家裡
附近有健身房(說很像Pub


我想既然這樣近,那就去報名参加,只是對這樣多琳瑯滿目的器材也太生疏了,完全不知
如何操作


也不知道自己體能如此差
踩個交叉機2分鐘就好像要暈倒,喘到不行


就這樣靠自己摸索大半個月,覺得沒進步,應該是要請教練的時候了。請教練指導是我人
生最大轉變開始,對健身完全是門外漢,還好遇到好教練,從最基礎練習


記得第一次上課,教練要求練深蹲,我發現我完全蹲不下去,膝蓋又因關節炎痛、更不敢
蹲。
教練想出用雙手架在我的腋下,在後面當靠山,然後指導膝蓋蹲的方向,居然就沒問題

只是不知道隔天雙腿因乳酸堆積,差點下不了床

起初也質疑自己是否還可以練下去,可是費用繳了、還是繼續練下去

只是每次上課心裏壓力大,因為怕自己做不來,幸好教練了解我這媽媽體力太差,肌肉量
不足,先以核心基礎來訓練

經過3個月以後,發現自己似乎體力變好,踩交叉機可以連續30分鐘了,訓練的方式也加
重,自己覺得ㄧ直在突破自我,雖然上課有時侯累到想放棄


但事後發現自己身體因爲這樣慢慢改變了!因為這信念,所以堅持下去,看到自己又去體
檢,骨密度提升了,關節炎軟骨磨損居然好了,也不會因爲坐久了膝蓋僵硬。


醫生說:「我從醫這麼多年,第一次看到病人自己透過運動提升骨質密度!」



當下聽到真的覺得




我的辛苦、在健身房流的汗水真的都值得了。


以前為了膝蓋問題,中醫,西醫,打玻尿酸,啥都做了,都是治標不治本。原來是要用肌
肉來保護關節,但最明顯就是體脂肪從23公斤減到18.4公斤,肌肉量增加1.4公斤,體重
從60減到56


所以事實上年紀大也是會長肌肉的!重點是訓練的運動方式。


目前我可以做到槓鈴深蹲40公斤。


硬舉.壺鈴..這輩子我都想不到可以做這些運動,以前都認為走路是唯一適合的運動呢!

現在我覺得重訓真的是不管任何年齡都可以做,只要透過專業教練指導,也不要立即要達
到效果,慢慢進步,身體就會改變,把運動當成生活的一部份,運動是良藥,便秘,失眠
,更年期症狀,都因此不藥而癒,只是大都數人覺得運動太累,希望用藥物能馬上得到效
果。


現在的我還是每天上班,ㄧ星期維持4-5天運動,照著教練開的健身菜單練習,讓自己身
體健康是最重要。


我今年55歲,我從不能蹲到深蹲40公斤。
