大家好 我在6月初的時候加入健身房 我的身型是偏瘦的
持續一個月了 每週約練習4~5次 1次1小時左右 體重從51增加到54公斤
練習動作都是按照youtuber 兆佑提供的
3天為一個循環
胸 飛鳥夾胸 坐姿臥推 坐姿肩推
背 坐姿下拉 坐姿划船 坐姿划船另一個動作 (不知道叫什麼)
腿 腿推舉 勾腿的機器 坐姿提腿的機器
都是以機械式器材做訓練 最近想要嘗試槓鈴訓練 又怕動作做錯 所以想要買教練課學習
深蹲 硬舉 臥推 礙於預算有限 目前只能購買6堂課 約1萬左右 想問的是6堂課是否可以
