小弟是屬於那種不管幾點睡都會到11,2點才醒來的人
常常錯過早餐 一天變成兩餐(健身完會喝乳清蛋白,並強迫自己多吃一餐)
常常會怕我的生活作息會讓我自己營養攝取不夠
家裡和健身房附近除了711之外...就剩一大堆賣炒飯炒麵的店(我也不知道為什麼這一帶
特別愛賣炒飯炒麵xdd)
我通常都是牛肉或鮭魚炒飯雙蛋這樣(還可以每天換一家吃連換5天....) 辛苦一點就跑遠
一點去吃牛排或是生魚片(覺得澱粉不夠就吃炒飯,覺得蛋白質不夠就吃牛排吃生魚片~)
最近在711發現了烤半雞
想問問版上巨巨們這會是好的蛋白質來源嗎?((知道蛋白質應該很高又怕其中有詐))
吃炒飯吃牛排的真的很膩了==
