大概到高中以前,我都算是個不胖不瘦的狀態…(曾經胖過到65 但很快又恢復)
從高中心臟病開刀以後,身體就跟吹氣球一樣!!體重/體脂再也沒正常過,
以前也用了很多的錯誤方法減肥,體重總是像溜溜球一樣的上上下下
我想老天爺大概是要再給我一次機會~瞭解正確的減重觀念…
所以他讓我胖到了80公斤!!體脂肪43.5%!! (驚)
於是我決定了:我要徹底改變我的生活習慣!我一定要健康的瘦下來!
以前年輕的時候大概餓個幾天、運動幾天~就會變瘦
現在年紀大了哪有這麼容易!? = = 而且餓肚子只會瘦到肌肉,這是不對的Q_Q
那,就吃吧!!XD
我原本就不喝飲料,吃的話三餐都吃,晚上以蔬菜水果佔較多比例
油炸的有少吃一些,但是也沒有限制自己什麼不能吃,
我很愛喝水,每天至少會喝2500cc的水
運動的話,其實我沒有特別去運動......因為我太懶了!!
一個人默默的運動,對我來說是一件很難持續的事情!
所以,我將騎機車上下班的習慣,改成搭捷運+走路,
上班從捷運站走1.3公里到公司 (台大醫院站→西門6號出口)
下班從公司走3km到捷運站 (西門→古亭),太累的時候就走到中正紀念堂or台大醫院
依照每天身體的情況調整,不勉強自己一定要走那麼遠,
我也有不想努力的時候,那我就會好好的休息並調整心態,讓自己趕快恢復
因為我知道,只要太過嚴苛的強迫自己,最後一定會大反彈XD
與其這樣,不如讓運動變成生活的一部份,能走就用走的
現在只要是5km以內的路,我都可以用走的
而且能夠好好的走路~是我正健康活著的最好證明!!:)
我瘦的速度不快,目前努力了28個月,瘦下26公斤
但其中一年體重幾乎停住不動,不過體脂肪有繼續掉,就是有變瘦!
要多觀察自己的身形、測量體圍、多拍全身照,才會知道自己的變化~~
靠著運動減肥,最大的好處就是沒有肥胖紋,也瘦的算很均勻
而且過敏也好了很多,也已經兩年沒有感冒過了!
減肥前: (大家都笑我是大嬸,還被同事以為是有小孩的媽媽 = =)

原本是希望能在下個月結婚前能夠減到目標 (目標:體脂12kg,還差1.9公斤)
不過~就順其自然囉!
雖然一開始不是為了結婚而努力減肥,但婚後也要努力保持著這樣的生活習慣
而埋線吃藥代餐的方法,坦白說,我都試過! 真的沒用! 不然就是復胖的很快~
所以希望藉由這篇心得文告訴大家… 趕快站起來走一走吧!!^^
