下背腰超酸!!! - 美體

那個..其實我不知道在這詢問是否恰當
不過因為看板上許多人有跳鄭多燕所以想問一下大家
我先說一下我的狀況是....
原先是想減肥,所以開始跳鄭多燕(第一代的)
可是後來心路有點改變,覺得體態比較重要,
雖然我才跳2個禮拜多但是我覺得好像比較沒那麼駝背了,
因為以前有試過貼牆,但是肩膀還是會拱起來,
所以這給我非常多的鼓舞,
然後我就再接再厲(?)隨時讓自己把背打直,
盡量隨時的收小腹,結果我現在下背的地方就是腰後面
超 級 酸,感覺好像要斷了我的腰,感覺又不像是運動的酸,
因為跳完鄭多燕後我腿是會酸但是睡一覺之後其實就好很多,
請問大家會這樣是因為我長年駝背打直的過渡期嗎???還是我都施力錯誤?? > <
