我的減肥路並沒有刻意去記錄
所以文章比較隨性寫,想到哪寫到哪
這過程經歷過太多事情,小時候太胖霸凌、暴食、催吐、憂鬱,可能會寫個幾篇才結束
先發在這裡給大家做參考,還請大家多多見諒,不要有太大壓力,當成故事看就好
不過只要看到我的變化,認識不認識的人沒有一個不感到驚訝的
有的還狂問我說是不是去整型
身高168 最重巔峰是大二時82公斤體脂40多 曾經瘦到58後又復胖到67
所以嚴格說起來我減過兩次肥,目前54、55,體脂25

我並不是天生就胖
幼稚園前我甚至還比一般的小孩子來的瘦小
從小親戚給我的綽號就是奧立維(大力水手的女主角)
之後上了小學,也不知道是為什麼
像是吹氣球一樣,體重年年飆高
小學三年級三十幾公斤 四年級四十幾,最後我記得很清楚
小學畢業時成績單體重是68.3 一直被人拿出來笑
所以從小我的綽號就是跟胖肥脫離不了關係
肉圓、陸小曼、肥肥、死胖子、大象腿
有次我同學打電話來我家,說要找肥子,我爸接到了還難過好久
自己的女兒怎麼被說成這樣
倒是我自己沒什麼特別的感覺,只覺得我胖大家這樣叫我不是件很正常的事嗎?
所以被欺負倒也成了家常便飯,只是我神經實在太大條,感覺不出來
(ex:生日被人關進廁所水從下往上倒,出來之後一個人都沒有,還很開心大家玩得開
心一直笑,覺得大家都對我好好冏)
先說第一次我減肥的契機和做法好了,我想這是大家最好奇的
我有個朋友,不知為何變的越來越瘦
很羨慕,於是就和她打聽辦法,她說她是吃中藥調身體
於是我開心的也去找醫生說:我要減肥
結果劈頭就被罵:我這沒在幫人減肥的,是調身體,氣順身體自然就會好,運動減肥才會
快
我虛心受教,每個禮拜看一次,一天三包吃,吃了整整一年
也因為那時大四比較有時間,配合運動
原本一直居高不下的體重就像溜滑梯一樣很順的就下來了,原本怕冷怕熱的體質也完全變
變成了一個健康寶寶
剛畢業那陣子也比較閒,所以很常在運動
我在板上看到了?有氧瘦全身? ?一天三 千包準你瘦?這兩句
也不知道那時是腦袋壞了還是希望外貌改了可以找工作順利
結果就變成了神經病的運動菜單:
早上:先去運動中心有氧氣才兩小時(早餐我會喝無糖豆漿和饅頭)
中午:吃點午餐休息一陣子再去游泳一小時
晚上:跑操場十圈
(沒有每天都這樣操,但是跑步的確是每天跑就是了,下雨也照跑)
被我朋友罵說現在是在鐵人三項就是了?
吃的方面秘訣就是吃慢點,嚼到糊糊嚐到食物的美味才吞下去
時間盡量拉長到超過半小時,讓胃有足夠時間去消化,多喝水只喝水
跑步的話這邊我蠻有心得的
因為我從小就因為胖的關係,從來沒跑過800
可是後來抓到訣竅之後
我最後甚至可以跑完太魯閣健走五公里全程不停
剛開始我也是拖著八十幾公斤的身體在跑
所以我很慢很慢,慢到旁邊的老婆婆都走的比我快
但我還是用跑的均速再分配,這樣才能持久,而且一定要超過二十分鐘
我比較不喜歡跑跑停停,所以我寧願跑很慢很慢來維持體力
跑前跑後都要拉筋,不用太高難度
就這樣,記得十一月找到工作時我的體重是65
那時我的外表已經算是好看順眼了,沒人會再叫我胖子了
至於游泳
自由式對我來講太累,而且不持久
所以我都是游蛙式,游完之後去SPA池沖肚子、手臂
然後再到蒸氣室十分鐘,最後沖冷水緊縮皮膚
健身器材的話我通常都是腳踏車一小時,重量3(我會帶書邊踩邊看)
滑步機半小時,划船機兩公里
這裡我特別推薦女生用滑步機,因為比較不會累(不會累=有耐心可以持久)
而且滑步機對腰的緊緻度非常有效果
當然的,因為我討厭重訓,所以在減肥的第一階段裡
我並沒有加入重訓,這點讓我有點後悔,這我之後提
我從以前就很愛吃
除了學校每年的健康檢查之外從來沒量過體重
甚至到了看到食物就想吃的地步
愛喝可樂,沒碳酸飲料會死
家人甚至還帶我去找營養師,但這全都沒用,我就是想吃
小學時甚至還會偷吃別人吃剩下的便當飯粒
連廚餘桶的雞腿我也是抱持著憐惜關愛的眼神
被笑說是乞丐
我也不知道為什麼,就只有想吃的念頭
打開冰箱冷冰冰的麵包剩菜一拿到就跑回房間偷吃
半夜還會偷起床煮飯,吃不到就生氣,現在一想,完全就是個病態病人
晚餐可以吃到三份
大學消夜是鹽酥雞、午餐海陸火鍋
爭鮮可以吃到20盤,KO掉旁邊兩個男生的盤子總和
每次吃飯都是我負責清菜盤,還一邊覺得為什麼大家都這麼弱
有次更智障
因為不開心我朋友被追走要嫁人了,所以故意和她未來的老公拼食量
結果在鼎王吃了五碗飯,她男友只吃了兩碗我贏了哼
我還(像個小白癡)沾沾自喜
家裡的食物只要不見了一定是我去偷吃的
那時候我就是到這麼無法無天,人神共憤的地步,完全根本絕對沒有在控制
節制這兩個字怎麼寫我根本不知道
也不知道少女的矜持、愛漂亮、吸引異性什麼的
通通都與我無關,彷彿我的人生最大宗旨就是只有吃吃吃

也一直以為會這樣胖到死胖到老
直到某天突然有個聲音:好像差不多該減肥了,來試試看吧!
(因為要畢業了實在怕太胖找不到工作QQ)
就這麼的減減減
減到某一天,我很驚慌的發現世界開始不一樣了
媽!!!我得癌症了!!!我的腰兩邊硬硬的,腫瘤嗎?
(結果那是骨盆…因為太胖了之前根本摸不到)
咦?我現在洗澡已經可以看到我的腳指頭了
(以前都被肚子擋住)
原來我有酒窩啊…
(一樣原因…胖到肉撐開)
以上是我第一次減肥經驗,直到得了憂鬱症
