其實也不用那麼激動
因為這種「間歇式節食」方法在國外已經行之有年了
一開始的目的是為了防止失智症
後來發現偶爾節食個一兩天對預防癌症和糖尿病也有點幫助
當然
這種營養學或健康上的研究常犯了錯誤聯結or因果互置的毛病
所以也不能說一定是怎樣怎樣
不過根據研究指出,間歇性節食跟傳統節食方式相比
瘦的脂肪比例較高 (傳統脂肌比大概是3:7,間歇式脂肌比大概是4:1)
我比較不爽的是有人拿別人的智慧結晶講成是自己發明的一樣 =_=
還拿來出書賺錢......
