一開始有猶豫是要發在男女版還是這裡,最後還是打算發在這裡,
畢竟是從這邊的文章受到了鼓勵。
以下是工程師文筆,請大家見諒。
自從出社會開始有點錢之後,在吃方面就毫無節制,平常也沒有運動的習慣,31歲體重來
到了巔峰,也頂著一個大啤酒肚,每個人遇到我都說怎麼胖成這樣,但我也沒有想過要減
肥。
07/20那天我被甩了,當時我還想說有一絲希望可以挽回,直到分手之後的下個禮拜
剛好撞見妳跟妳的新男友,我就知道我已經太遲了,謝謝妳四年的陪伴。
每天晚上我徹夜難眠,但是生活還是要繼續過,必須找點事情來填補妳空缺的時間,
「我決定要減肥」
剛好6月的時候公司有身體檢查,那時候有做幾天的低渣飲食+大腸鏡瀉藥,腸子裡面超乾
淨,可是平常體重大概在78~80kg。

運動清單:
06:00~08:00 游泳
21:00~24:00 打籃球
失戀的人游泳有一個好處,就是你在蛙鏡裡面偷哭不會有人發現XD,不過一開始自由式完
全沒辦法游,游一游太胖會沉下去,只好先游蛙式,重點是「不能停下來」,真的太輕鬆
就換成游自由式。
接著就去上班,敲敲鍵盤寫寫code,餓的時候就去翻零食櫃,然後研究一下熱量,

嗯... 還是關起來別吃了
晚上下班回來就去打球,一開始就只有自己一個人練,因為我很喜歡看NBA,我就一直投
,衝刺撿球,投,衝刺撿球,累了就喝水再繼續loop,練到衣服全濕,手腳痛爆。
後面打一打就會認識很多人XD,加入群組之後每天會跟別人一起打,強度會更高。
飲食清單:
早餐: 不吃(我上班比較晚,接近中午)
午餐: 外送

晚餐: 青菜+豆漿+茶葉蛋
飲料: 我本來就喜歡喝無糖飲料,所以還是天天喝,像是無糖烏龍綠,美式咖啡,無糖豆
漿,氣泡水。
從八月開始,身體慢慢開始習慣,沒那麼累了,所以額外報了運動中心的TRX,一個禮拜
兩堂,而游泳九月之後就沒游了(上班會很想睡),但籃球還是有在打。

運動後,臉部有一些變化,
可是變化最多的還是肚子,從啤酒肚變成有一些腹肌,真的很開心~~~~

雖然我還沒找到新的緣分(也許之後去隔壁O2試試XD),但運動健全了我的身體還有心靈,
以後我會保持這個習慣,一直運動下去。最後希望跟我有一樣處境、相同目標的人,我知
道心很痛心很難過,但那些回憶會化成你的食糧,請持續做對自己有幫助的事,讓我們變
成更好的人。
