最近在網路上看到Burpee有高速燃脂的效果,
因為我想要減脂,平常一週三天有氧50分鐘,三天重訓,
若是飲食控制跟重訓皆在相同狀態,
50分鐘的有氧(心跳約150~160)跟10分鐘的Burpee,
哪種的燃脂效果比較好?
我176/66 體脂肪15%~16%波動。
