看到有"大叔"兩字, 就要浮出來一下了

大叔我 43歲, 前天剛跑完雙溪低碳盃鐵人二項
算算已跑八年了, 月跑量比板娘少約100km 但我還有騎車
目前通常週三晚上練快速跑, 週六清晨跑個半馬, 週日騎單車
幾年下來, 膝蓋沒問題, 每年體檢骨質密度都是-0.2左右
慢跑還是效率較好的運動, 但要循序漸進
剛開始慢慢跑就好, 至於覺得無聊... 我跑步時會想工作的事
有時就放空, 什麼都想, 就是不要想"跑步好累"
目前181cm/68kg, 希望50歲後還能像其他路跑前輩一樣跑下去!
