Chris bumstead 奧賽古典健美冠軍
本肥看了很多他的影片
不是在嫌奧賽冠軍菜
相較於那麼多選手拍訓練影片
對比他的訓練影片蠻親民的
就是正常人在健身房都能正常做的組數 器材
沒有像其他選手一樣有啥可怕的訓練量
或是用很大很大的重量
是沒拍出來還是本人就照著影片這樣練的
他本人有說過這些嗎
有英聽強的鄉民能講解一下嗎
