最近開始嘗試著把重訓加入運動課程
我買了版上推薦過的CHALEAN EXTREME
安排的運動順序是:
第一天:x-bike 1小時+鄭多燕dvd 15 min
第二天:CHALEAN EXTREME 1小時
第三天:同第一天
第四天:休息
我拿875 ml的寶特瓶裝水來代替啞鈴
一開始做CHALEAN EXTREME 第二片dvd(初階版)
做完30分鐘後卻發現幾乎都不喘,心跳只有90~100
除了伏地挺身必須採跪姿,沒辦法雙腳打直做之外
其他動作要跟上都沒問題
我再換到第3片,卻發現中階版動作跟初階版差不多,不知道這兩個差在哪裡
中階版影片中的人好像做的很累,同一個動作中間還要休息10秒鐘再繼續
但我卻完全沒感覺
就這樣在滿心疑惑中結束了今晚的CHALEAN EXTREME
雖然前一天晚上做了沒啥感覺,但第二天起床就覺得肌肉很酸
特別是上臂和大腿部份
結果當晚踩x-bike時,因為大腿酸使不出力,踩了半小時就放棄提早休息去了
想問一下大家,跳CHALEAN EXTREME這樣的狀況是正常的嗎?
如果有問題的話要怎麼修正呢?
