早餐:早餐店的蛋餅+一杯豆漿(小)
午餐:自助餐(四菜一肉)
晚餐:自助餐(三菜一肉)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
都是12點以前睡覺,大概7~8點起床
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每天都會挑游泳或慢跑其中一項
游泳的心跳數大概120,一小時多一點
慢跑的心跳數大概130,8km大概1小時
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我維持這樣的生活已經超過一個月,可是朋友看到我都說我變胖了,臉也變圓了
我不知道問題出在哪,想請教各位版友們,順便問一些意見
