膝蓋韌帶受傷了... - 健身

我每隔差不多3個月就會因為跑步受傷
曾經有過腳底板痛、腰受傷
這次是膝蓋後側的筋拉傷 爬文看應該是韌帶受傷
走路的時候都沒有痛的感覺
但是跑步就會痛...最明顯的是把左腳抬高整個往下壓 (拉筋伸展的時候)
左膝整個是會沒辦法拉直的 而且這個時候非常痛
之前我都不信邪 看完醫生還繼續跑(天天跑6km+橢圓機30mins)
結果有次我同事恐嚇我說 肌肉受傷會自己修復 但是筋如果受傷是不會自動修復的!
我嚇到了 然後就開始乖乖休息 (只去重訓)
至今都已經快一個月了..膝蓋已經沒這麼痛了
但是把左腳抬高試圖想要拉筋 膝蓋還是會痛 >"<
請問我可以自己做甚麼動作或是戴護膝讓它快點好嗎? 或是可以慢慢做橢圓機嗎?
每天這樣吃吃吃然後都沒有做有氧我實在有點快受不了了 >"<
