為什麼我在使用chest press機器的時候
覺得酸的地方是手臂,不是貼紙上註明的胸@@
我有試過把磅數弄輕一點,可是還是一樣酸的是手臂
哪裡有做錯嗎@@?
另外,做這台機器,如果真的有練到胸的話,上胸是不是會變的比較有肉啊?
