恩 小弟學校的健身房
雖然一年不用500大洋
但很多設備已近乎不堪使用
EX:跑步機-四台可以壞三台 一堆女人排隊等著跑 每個又跑很久= =+
啞 鈴 -2.5KG的已經肢解了一個 7.5~12.5KG的有要鬆掉的現象
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!重點來了分格線!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
有一台練腹肌和下背的
就是用胸部靠著然後身體下壓的機器(請原諒小弟才疏學淺......)
他的那跟橫桿之前斷過不知道幾次
可是學校又不肯花錢買新的
就請工人把他焊接起來
問題是工人耍笨接歪了
現在那跟橫桿大概向下傾斜10度左右
於是去練的時候會有施力不平衡的情形
我覺得用這台練腹肌的話
就像是身體斜一邊做仰臥起坐一樣.....
個人淺見-練久了 小則腹肌線條不整 大則脊椎側彎
所以常常會跟同學建議不要用這台 至少不要用那根桿子
今天也跟一個猛男建議了 但他似乎不以為意
想請問廣大的版眾
是我想太多了嗎? 用這樣的器材訓練不會有事嗎?
