每個人都想快點達成目標
不管是總和破千或是體脂5%
都會覺得deload 會拖延時間
跑了四輪的531健力課表
配合計算訓練量
總合從425變520
體重大概增加1公斤
從76變77
照理說跑完三週都要休一週
但對於想要一直前進的人來說
休息的那週反而最困難
沒動就會全身發癢
不練感覺對不起自己
有兩週就是沒有認真休息
雖然訓練量有減量
但是一樣大重量刺激
果然進入下週期第一週
不是全身不舒服就是跑不完前菜
甚至前幾天整個晚上都睡不好
躺在床上三個小時睡不著
感覺超痛苦的啊
看了水管翻譯影片(超讚!感謝
也知道休息的重要
但就是會受不了健友的刺激
玩一下玩一下就超過訓練量了
想問一下大家deload 都怎麼做?
或是都在幹嘛?
